    PENERAPAN ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM PADA WAROENG STEAK AND SHAKE MEDAN

    This research aims to determine the concept of business ethics which is implemented in Waroeng Steak and Shake, SM Raja Medan Branch. Waroeng Steak and Shake is a culinary business that underlies every business activity according to the rules of the Al-Quran and Sunnah. This study used a qualitative approach with data validation techniques by extracting information from related respondents and by making direct observations for data verification. Research results can be known and felt by researchers about the existence of different religious nuances compared to the culinary business in general at Waroeng Steak has implemented Islamic business ethics properly using the concepts of Shiddiq, tabligh, amanah and fathanah, which guarantees good and halal ingredients and honesty in transactions, the delivery of da'wah through business, and honesty in financial reports. However, this shop needs to have an increase in service and spiritual intelligence. So it is suggested to make a program Smile, Greetings and Greetings in improving services and prayer activities in turn to improve spiritual intelligence

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep bisnis Islam dan konsep ma- najemen bisnis Islam yang dilaksanakan di Waroeng Steak and Shake Cabang SM Raja Medan. Waroeng Steak and Shake ini adalah salah satu bisnis kuliner yang melandasi setiap kegiatan bisnisnya sesuai dengan aturan Al-quran dan Sunnah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik valida- si data dilakukan dengan cara menggali informasi dari beberapa informan yang berkaitan langsung dengan bisnis tersebut. Selain itu peneliti juga melakukan observasi langsung di lokasi. Hasil dari analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep etika bisnis Islam di Waroeng Steak sudah baik untuk konsep Shiddiq yakni menjamin bahan baik dan halal serta kejujuran dalam bertransaksi. Untuk konsep Tabligh dalam hal penyampaian dakwah melalui bisnis juga sudah baik. Namun ada kelemahan dari segi Amanah yaitu dalam hal pelayanan. Untuk kon- sep Fathanah yaitu kecerdasan spiritual juga perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Kon- sep manajemen bisnis Islam sudah baik dalam hal (1). perencanaan yang men- yangkut lima hal yaitu:  Visi dan Misi, produksi, distribusi, perekrutan karyawan dan jenjang karir (2). pengorganisasian dalam hal pembagian tugas sudah ma- suk dalam kategori baik. Untuk (3) pengawasan juga sudah dalam kategori baik yaitu dengan rutin mengadakan briefieng setiap pagi. (4) pelaksanaan juga su- dah baik yaitu dalam bentuk apresiasi dan spiritual company

The research, employing a purposive sampling strategy, engages professionals from diverse industries through in-depth semi-structured interviews and content analysis of corporate social media posts. The findings indicate a dynamic spectrum of communication approaches, including promotional content, interactive campaigns, and informative posts. Challenges in maintaining consistency across platforms emerge, emphasizing the need for adaptable strategies. Visual elements play a significant role, with images and videos serving as powerful tools for conveying brand messages. Crisis management on social media is identified as a crucial aspect, prompting the need for proactive strategies during crises. Employee advocacy programs prove instrumental in amplifying brand messages, contributing to a more authentic brand image. Positive consumer perceptions and loyalty are linked to engaging content and transparent communication. Cultural nuances in communication strategies and the identification of long-term trends and shifts underscore the importance of adaptive and culturally sensitive approaches. These findings provide valuable insights for businesses navigating the dynamic landscape of social media branding, offering practical implications for optimizing communication strategies and fostering positive corporate brand images

    This study discusses Islamic Ethics and Business Management aims to determine the concept of Islamic business and business management concepts of Islam which was held in one of the branches of Waroeng Steak and Shake in SM Raja Medan. This restaurant uses the rules of the Qur'an and Hadith as the cornerstone of its business activities. The study was conducted from April 2016 - January 2017. This study used a qualitative approach. For technical data validation is done by digging information from several informants who are directly related to the business. In addition, the researchers also conducted direct observation in the study site to verify the data whether the data obtained from informants in accordance with the reality on the ground or not. The results of the analysis of the study showed that the concept of Islamic business ethics at Waroeng Steak is good for Shiddiq concept in terms of the material ensures good and lawful as well as fairness in trade as well as Tabligh in terms of speech. However, there are disadvantages in terms of Amanah is in terms of service and fathanah in terms of spiritual intelligence. To the researchers offer 3S program (smiling, salam, and saying greeting) to improve services and activities prayers alternately at the time of dzuhr, Asr and Maghrib to improve spiritual intelligence. Business management concepts of Islam in Waroeng Steak and Shake is entered into the category of "good" in terms of (1) Planning on five areas: Vision and Mission, production, distribution, recruitment and career path. For part (2) Organizing the division of tasks has been included in the category of "good". The management divides into two major parts, namely the outlets and offices. So the division of labor is more specific and regular. For (3) Supervision has also been in either category is to regularly hold a briefing every morning as well as implementing any regulations that apply regardless of who is making mistakes. Weakness in terms of supervision is still not accustomed consumers to give criticism and constructive suggestions to Waroeng Steak and Shake is because the means of constructive criticism and suggestions are still modest.
